During the Spring Festival in 2020, We ushered in a war without gunsmoke ,due to the severe situation of coronavirus pneumonia in China, the time of returning to work is prolonged.

In order to implement novel coronavirus prevention and control work of the Central Committee and the State Council, this work plan is formulated to effectively prevent and control the new pneumonia caused by coronavirus infection, also effectively cope with outbreaks, and to protect the safety and health of employee:

1. Employees with contact history consciously implement "home isolation", monitor the status of themselves and family members, and truthfully report to the company.

2. Clean the office area and eliminate the blind angle.

3. Disinfect public areas (hall, entrance door handle, elevator, etc.) at least twice a day, and make disinfection records.

4. Employees entering the office area should wear protective masks.

5. No foreign personnel are allowed to enter the office building.

6. Each entrance of the office area is equipped with a thermometer to monitor the temperature of the staff. Only those with normal temperature can enter the office. If the body temperature exceeds 37.2 ℃, they should go home immediately for isolation and observation or rapid referral according to the situation.

7. During the epidemic period, the canteen of the company provides box meals, and each department submits the information of diners before 10 o'clock every day, which is distributed by the canteen staff and dined in the office.

8. During the epidemic period, the central air conditioning of the office building was stopped.

9. During the epidemic period, the passageways on the underground floors were closed, and all personnel entered from the hall on the first floor.
