This product is extracted from the dried and mature peel of Zanthoxylum schinifolium Sieb. Et Zucc. Or Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim. The fruit of Zanthoxylum bungeanum contains volatile oil, limonene, cumitol, geraniol and so on. It also contains sterols and unsaturated organic acids. The fruit of green pepper contains about 90% of the volatile oil, about 90% of actanol, citrolactone, benzoic acid, geranioside and alkaloids.
