L-alanine

 L-alanine is colorless to white crystalline powder, soluble in water and ethanol, insoluble in ether and acetone. It is mainly used in biochemical research, tissue culture, liver function determination, flavor enhancer, can increase the seasoning effect of condiments, and can also be used as sour corrector to improve the sour taste of organic acids. L-alanine is an important raw material for the synthesis of VB6. It is one of the components of the nutrient "tonifying amino acid nutrition infusion". Alanine is also one of the raw materials for the synthesis of high sweetness alitame (l-aspartyl-d-alanamide, 600 times sweetness of sucrose). β - alanine is used as additive in electroless plating and electroplating, and also in the preparation of corrosion inhibitor for electroplating.
