Properties: white crystal or crystalline powder, soluble in water, odorless, non-toxic, almost insoluble in methanol, ethanol, ether, benzene, acetone, ethyl acetate, chloroform and ethyl alcohol, odorless, slightly sweet. The melting point is 185-186 ℃.
It is stable in neutral solution, easy to decompose into glutamine or propyl ester into pyrrolidol in alcohol, alkali or hot water, odorless and slightly sweet. Use 1: for biochemical research, medicine for peptic ulcer, mental disorders, alcoholism, epilepsy, brain dysfunction and other diseases, to improve the mental retardation of children.
